When you purchase a report, we collect your email address and the N-number you search. When you request a mechanic match, we collect your email, N-number, preferred timeframe, and location. Payment is processed by Stripe — we do not store your card details.
We use your email to deliver your report and send transactional messages about your order. Mechanic match requests are stored so we can follow up manually. We do not sell your personal information.
Report content is compiled from public FAA and NTSB records. TailReport does not guarantee completeness or accuracy of third-party government data.
Purchased reports and associated data are retained for at least 30 days to support re-download. You may request deletion of your account data by emailing support@tailreport.com.
